FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE
If your tenancy agreement is between 6-9 months and you pay the full rent (plus refundable deposit) for the entire duration of the contract in advance, you will receive a 1.5% discount on the total rent!

If your tenancy agreement is 9 months or longer and you pay the full rent (plus refundable deposit) for the entire duration of the contract in advance, you will receive a 2% discount on the total rent!

ADVANCE BOOKING
If you agree to rent a property by paying the deposit and first instalment in advance online or by cheque, you will receive 2% cashback on the first instalment!†

RENEWAL OF CONTRACT
If you are an existing tenant and renew your contract for a minimum of 9 months, then you are entitled to 1 week’s rent-free accommodation. If you renew the contract each year, then you will receive this discount each year!††

REFER A FRIEND
If you are a new or existing tenant and you can find other tenants to rent rooms, then you will be entitled to £30 cash for every new tenant you bring!†††

† This only applies if you have not physically viewed the property. If you want to reserve a room/property online by paying in advance, contact ASK at info@askpropertyservices.com and you will be sent instructions.
†† This will be a refund of 1 week’s rent at the end of the new contract.
