E-tenancy is both simple and user-friendly. When the tenancy agreement is signed, you will receive an E-tenant ID and password. Once the account is activated, you will be able to access your tenancy details, view transactions, report problems and update your personal details online.

• + Secure login
  • Simply enter your Tenant ID and password. If you have forgotten either your Tenant ID or password, these will be sent to the e-mail address you registered on the tenancy agreement.
• + My Agreement
  • Once logged in, this is where the main details of the tenancy are displayed - your property and room number, agreement date, agreement duration and rent payment details are also stated.
• + My Transactions
  • Keep a log of all transactions regardless of payment method. You can view full details of your transaction history, including payment date, recipient, amount and payment method. The total balance is also calculated and displayed.
• + Report problems
  • No problem. Simply submit the online problem report form and your problem will be dealt with as soon as possible. You are encouraged to report problems online, since all problems are logged into our database, so there is no chance of your messages being misplaced.
• + My Profile
  • You are able to change personal details (e.g. mobile number, e-mail address) and password here.
