ASK offers a number of different properties, ranging from cosy 2-bedroom flats to more spacious 8-bedroom houses. All properties are fully furnished and have gas central heating. The kitchens come equipped with at least a cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and other abundant facilities, making your stay as comfortable as possible.
Security is paramount to us and our tenants, so the front and back doors are fitted with mortice locks and all rooms are lockable. Most properties also have burglar alarms. As required by law, all properties are properly insulated and come fitted with smoke alarms.
Most properties are shared, so rooms are available to rent on an individual basis. However, many tenants prefer to club together in a group and rent out the whole property, which works out cheaper than each person renting out an individual room.
